Have to get out (birds)

Discussion in 'Birds' started by Lou Buscher, Jul 9, 2007.

  1. I am getting tired of hanging out here on my deck waiting for this knee to heal. I want to go to Cape Cod and see my granddaughters and photograph some osprey and kingfishers. Maybe next week Meantime it’s on the deck

OK # one for the animals we all love in our yard

  2. Hope you recover completely soon and go out and shoot the shore birds.

    Best wishes.

Lou I've got to hand it to you, that's quite a variety you get coming to your deck area. That Nuthatch has the biggest eye I have ever seen on one!

Yes, I am sure you are just about over this knee thing. However, at least the birdies are being good to you.
    Very nice birdie shots

  5. Take your time Lou, Don't mess it up and have to start over.

The birds seem to help you out there, Nice Back yard you got.

  6. Thanks Sam me to

  7. Your right Andy it is a big eye. I had not noticed it before. I missed a really good one this early morning when I saw a male cardinal feeding a young and it was about 8 feet from a window and as I tried to open it just a bit they both went. Thanks for the look

  8. Thanks Gale they could be nicer by sitting longer for me.

  9. THanks Gary Yesterday I had a visitor from the farm as one of the cows showed up in my yard. No cowbirds with her though. A bolt of lighting from a bad storm we had the day before blew the electric fence, no shock, one cow. Amazing how they can find an opening for the size of them.
