The noise is almost non-existence. The colors are great esp. for the 2nd and 2nd to last photos. However, somehow I don't like the big tree sitting in front of the house in the first photo.

Thanks the setting are my own custom ones.
I thought the tree was the neat part myself :smile:
I was trying to keep the processed look as minimal as possible.

Nice shots Tom. Love the look of old in New Orleans and theses shots bring it out nicely. I like shots #1 and #5 best (the ghostly people are interesting). My second favorite city in US (almost tied with SF).

Thanks, I've been tweaking the settings for some time now. I use Photomatix pro with three exposures 1 EV apart.

#1 and #7 are my two favorites.
I really like the big tree in #1 also. I think it adds a lot to the picture.
While looking at it, I was imagining the tree not being there, and it made the picture less interesting. To me anyway.....

I started with natural and adjusted the setting from there.
