I love the storage this thing has But carrying it around i dont like the backpack type. I really want to find something that is over the solder or a sling bag (one i can go from one should to other side of my body)

What i have in the bag currently is:
Nikon D40
Canon S3IS
55-200mm
18-55mm
Soon to add SB400/600
Then the added spaces for some filters and tripod mount and batteries.

Trying not to spend more then 120. Ideas?

The only sling bag that I'm aware if that you can switch from one shoulder to the other is Kata.
My shoulder bag of choice is the Crumpler 8 Million Dollar Home. I've really grown to hate most solutions, though, due to how difficult it is to use any of them along with a camera strap. My current solution is using the Crumpler with a new clamp on the shouldr strap. The Capture is a new product available for preorder on Kickstarter. I bought in early and got an early sample and I'm loving it!

Another really good shoulder bag option is any well made (adequately sized) messenger bag (Timbuk2, Columbia, etc) along with a Mountainsmith Camera Cube insert. It's nice as the bags aren't terribly expensive and there are tons of sizes available. Plus, they don't look like camera bags. I also use a few daypacks with the Camera Cube when it's prudent to blend in more.

Another shoulder bag that can swap shoulder sides easily is the Think Tank Sling-O-Matic, which comes in 3 sizes. The smallest size should fit your kit easily.

Check out the Ape Case ACPRO 1000,1200,1400 series. I have the 1200 and absolutely love it! It has really thick padding in and out, and a hard outer plastic shell. Looks really nice, simple, and I love the neon yellow inner lining, not to mention the million and a half pockets. Seems really well made, better than my old Nikon cases in fact. I would definitely buy another one.

Although now, I think I should have gone with the 1400 as I can see the 1200 getting cramped eventually. Not a big deal, the case only cost me $42 shipped on amazon!

I use the Crumpler 7 million dollar home and like it. Also use a crumpler for my MBP bag. Look into their stuff, they've done well for me.

I really liked the owpro sling bags, I have had both the 100 and 300 and I found the 100 was only good if i wanted to only go out with a spare lens and one on the body, It was nice that it was small and easy to handle but if i needed more equipment it wasnt working for me. I will say it worked great doing car shows when I only had a D300 ungripped with a 12-24 and could just squeeze in the 105VR. Now that I have a Rappid strap i dont go out with the sling bags as much any more as they seem to cross paths to much. The 300 that I still have is my travel back and can cary everything I own and then a bit more. I also have a crumpler bag that I use from time to time however the 6 milion is a bit small for me to use regularly now that I have a gripped 300.

The mail reason I used a sling was at car shows it made it very easy to keep the bag away from the cars and out of the way of my shooting while keeping it very easy to access my gear. IF you are on the move and in and out of the bag alot a sling is great. If you just want somthing to carry around the gear in it works well also however a messenger style bag may be more in order as it can be easier to just cary. The one thing I will say is that no matter what way you go with those they can put a heck of a strain on the back shoulders and neck. The way I got around this is that I use alot of small lens belt cases now. I am looking into buying a belt for them all to make taking things on and off alot easier.
