Hey everyone,

I'm the photo editor for my college's newspaper and I am putting an ad in our paper for photographers (right now I'm the only one!). So anyway I need some help with wording for it...I was thinking something along the lines of "Want to see your pictures in the paper?" or "Take photos for the Keystone!" but I really don't like either one.

Does anyone have any ideas. The ad will be the size of a business card.

With such small space, I'd suggest not trying to create anything witty...just state the obvious. I spell the word "photographer" all the way across the space in bold type, very readable like a palatino or something. Anybody scanning a help wanted ad is READING every ad, so just get their attention. Underneath the word "photographer" put in your requirements, your web address, email, or phone number. You shouldn't need a lot of words to get the point across...just get an email or phone number and you're good to go.

Mention what types of pictures you are after and ask to see some of their work. perhaps.
As Keith says make it obvious and simple.
