I went down to the duck pond this morning a few minutes after sunrise and had one of my better days. Here is a series of a couple of very vocal gooses. 8) The first guy was flying in the shadows in the early morning light, so he's kind of underexposed in some areas, but I still think these are funny shots and worth sharing.

All taken with the D2H / 300mm f2.8 + TC-14EII.

WOW sharp as a tack looks liek that new combo you got is workign out well these are fantastic... boy cant those bad boys make a racket

Not to be too picky, but I believe that in American English that should be "Geese" and not "Gooses". I believe that "Gooses" has an entirely different meaning, unless you were doing something else whilst taking pictures, multi-tasking so to speak..... :wink: .

So, on the Geese. Let's see, birds not level, wings cut off. some "funny placements", yup, I like every one of them :lol: :lol: :lol:

This illustrates how "the moment" is the point, doesn't it?

Now you just need to record that audio along with them :wink:

Gee, Frank. Great serie. I love #1 and the last but they are all beautiful. I see that you have become very good in capturing in action birds. Congratulations :!: :!:
