Our cottage is surrounded by this beautiful park. This is looking over the Au Sable River. It was my first time at this location and I was a bit bummed that the morning was overcast but tried to make the most of it.

Even on overcast days, the beauty of the Au Sable is hard to beat. I like the mood of this shot. The smooth water and misty clouds make a really nice effect.

My husband and I fly fish the Au Sable from below the dam at Mio to McKinley. Your cabin looks very nice place for a vacation, Justin. I hope you get a lot of great shots while you're there.

Nice, I've canoed on the Au Sable. It's a beautiful place.

I have to say that I like the moodiness of the first shot due to the fog and haze. Then the next shot of that location is also very nice too, the last one of the tall pines is just classically upper Michigan, and cool.

Nice, been down the Au Sable many times myself, nothing like northern Michigan in the summer or fall or winter or spring for that matter. Got family friends with a big spread around the Glennie area. Post more.
