Heron Pond Pano

Discussion in 'Landscapes, Architecture, and Cityscapes' started by Terri French, Jul 1, 2008.

  1. I'm loving the PTgui software. It is totally simple to create a panorama. I still haven't tried handholding one like Robert (RFC), but I'm going to do it soon!!

Is there any way to get it to display wider than 900 px in the cafe?

Beautiful panorama Terri ! I am sure you will have no problems handholding :)
  10. Thanks, Sal. I'm just starting to learn how to do this myself.

    Thank you, Matt.

Robert, thanks so much for the info. I'll have to make my web versions larger, then.
  11. Thanks, Cameron. It is a beautiful location for sure!!

It's one of my favorite spots in Teton Park, not visited nearly as much as some of the other places right off the main roads. Thanks.
Thanks, Brian. It is a great location, isn't it. Last year it didn't have much water in it, though.

I need to give it a try, as well as the multi row pano. Where do you print your panoramas?
  12. Terri,
    that is gorgeous
    just beautiful
  13. Thanks, Greg.
It was a special experience being there.

This is beautiful. I too am going to try my hand at panos in a couple of weeks in your neck 'o the woods. Hope I can even come close.
  15. Outstanding Terri!

  16. Ok, jump down my throat, but I'm reading Briot's Landscape book right now....

Terri, Consider less water. No more sky. Crop just below mountain reflection/tree tops. As good as it is I think it would have even more impact if your horizon line was closer to the bottom.
  17. Have fun. I want to do some more.
  18. Thanks, Barry.
  19. Why would anyone jump down your throat. I love great suggestions. I actually just made a quick try at your crop suggestions and love the results. After I got home I was wishing I had zoomed in more for my pano shots. I think it would have given me an even better pano using your crop ideas.

The nice thing is that I can go back and try again one of these days!!

I'll have to look at purchasing that book!! Thanks.
