Not sure I get the celery farm question. Its just a pond in a local park.

I have watched these birds in the Everglades National Park during the Florida winter and I tell you they are excellent fishermen. They are known here as great blue heron and I have to admit I did not know they would be in New Jersey at this time of year.
They are not common here in summer.

Yea they typically fly off as soon as the catch a glimpse of you. But this guy did not want to risk losing his fish by flying off.
