Nothing special. Just a shot of my pal Jack the 20 pound Ragdoll. Click image for a larger version.

He's a brute. Funny he's not fat, just really big.

Nute, I know this is nowhere near your standards(whose is?) , but man I'm workin' on it:wink:

I think I have the acquired syndrome, all indications point to that.... NAS.... but wait I can't afford another new lens, just bought the 35 f/2.0!!

Great shot of your beautiful kittie!

My cat is 15 lbs and I thought he was big! What breed is he?

    The breed is called "Ragdoll"

Sort of like an extra large Siamese with a much sweeter termperament:biggrin:

    Read about them here:

    Super nice cats!

Thanks Nute, I'm finding that I definitely don't have the 1.4 learning curve(and there definitely is one:eek: ) down yet, but I'm loving it.

I still don't quite understand getting a sharp headshot(like you do) when you only have 1/4 inch DOF:eek: , but again, I'm determined, and on the D3 it looks so pretty I was considering hanging it on a wall:tongue:
  14. jonathan....
    great shot
something different for you.... and, excellent
