Last weekend I had the chance to take pictures of the motor ship "Österreich".
It's the newest passenger ship on Lake Constance, even built in 1928.
It's very well restaurated and the pride of the Austrian "fleet".

Nice shot Klaus. Beautiful boat, I looked it up and they have photos of it. They listed as being used for passengers and ice breaking in 1928. They mentioned a steam powered sister ship, the Hohentwiel. That’s the one I’d love to take a cruise on, I like steam engines.

Rick, the Hohentwiel is in the original condition as paddle steamer.
