    a mother puffin hides from the killer gulls as the gulls rampage the nests eating babies

  3. Randy, this is about the best story with image I have seen you post. Can you tell us more about the burrow, your distance, etc.?

    The nests/holes are everywhere, some within 15'. The gulls come and the moms run. Strangely the gulls only want babies although I suspect they'd take an adult if they were hungry
     
  5. Good for protective mom...I agree looks sad and frightened....where's dad in all this?
