My brother got a pom puppy Saturday evening. I'm not sure the entire story behind what happened to this little guy, all I know is he was found in a dumpster by a local car wash, either by my brother's girlfriend's co-workers, or by some customers that go into her work. He should be getting him into the vet today, and he will have him scanned to make sure he doesn't already have an owner. I kind of hope he doesn't have any owner. My brother is already attached. He's already brought him into PetSmart to be bathed and no fleas or ear mites were found. They guess him to be between 12-16 weeks. These were first time shots of him and this little guy didn't want to stay still. Shot with my D60 and the 50mm f1.8, and yes, I cut off ears, paws, messed up various other things (lots are OOF in the wrong places), but I wanted to share them anyway because he's dang cute. Introducing: Zim {} He looks like a lil' babeh fox. AW! {} "Can I has some???" {} "I eat fingers, NOM!": {} "I gets ur foot, dad-guy. Iz ferocious lion! RAWR!" {} hanging out over dad-guy's shoulder {} "I iz fox, no?" {} AW. {} "My attention is all yours, dad-guy!" (I know, extremely OOF, but I love this picture because you can see the love this little guy has for my brother already) {} And talk about smittened. My brother is head over heels for this little guy. {} {} "Is not fox!!!! Is lion. See? *poof!*" {} AW. He loves his new dad-guy. {} *curses having to manually focus the 50mm!* {} Thanks for looking. I know there's a lot of pictures, I don't expect any C&C on them, though. I mean, it's welcomed, I just don't expect it.
you already know I'm completely smitten Rebecca... need I say more? Oh... and trade your brother Bamm for Zim... hmmm???? lol jk.... or am I?
Zim is the cutest little dog with the cutest little name. I wonder if he is mixed with anything, he is more foxy looking than most Poms. Nice series Rebecca
Looks like you and I have the same icanhascheezeburger addiction, Rebecca. Beautiful little puppy! Hard to believe someone would get rid of it.
Thanks! He could be mixed with something, unless that is how a pom puppy's coat is supposed to be? Maybe it'll grow out fluffier once he's an adult dog? I don't know.
Precious! Love the way you told the little story - captions! Hope your brother does get to keep him. HE's definitely a cutie!
Love the captions, lol. Good shots and cute puppy. You can really see his personality in the "dad-guy" photo, very funny
thank you all! We're going to go visit him today. My children haven't met Zim yet and they are REALLY wanting to meet him. They didn't get to experience our dog's puppyhood because we adopted her as an adult dog.
