I just learned that I will be in Anaheim for a trade show Aug 20-22nd. In looking at the schedule I would have Tue night free and Wed it appears after 3pm. I fly out on Thursday.
At the present time I have no rental car but I got to thinking that since I'm out there it would be cool to photograph the Hollywood sign.
Have never been to LA area and I know traffic can be insane. Mapquest shows it's only an hour away but not sure how true that is with the traffic.
Does anyone know if this is possible or have any photo location suggestions. I'm looking to get a decent shot with no power lines etc in it.
Anyone interested in playing tour guide? I would gladly pay you for your time and gas. It would beat me renting a car and trying to figure out how to get there.
