Home with the 70-200VR (at last)

Hi all,

Just back from our 2 week trip to California (Yosemite shots to follow!)

I picked up a 70-200VR whilst I was there, and played a bit... These were all taken today, in strong sunlight, in the garden - I welcome any comments...

I am loving the lens already!

Hey Paul............. #2 for me.

I like the bokeh in #1 and #3.......... but prefer #2!

And I'm jealous about that lens! :frown:

Yea... direct sun and portraits don't mix. Shoot in open shade or wait for an overcast day. But the second one does showcase nicely how nice that lens is.
