This week I became a hummeraddict and love it:biggrin:

These images were taken in my backyard and I can't believe I'm saying that. Usually, I have to hunt for my shots and this is a nice change. Taken with a similar setup Keith Rankin has posted here but only 3 flashes and the master flash has a better beamer attached.

Wow, those are stunningly beautiful. How many different varieties? Where do you live? Here in Illinois there is only one variety, the ruby throated.

    Thanks Rich!

There has been more varieties this year then I have ever seen. I think I spotted a new one this morning while doing yard duties just haven't had a chance to take any shots just yet. I live in San Diego Ca.

After all these hummer shots, I'm seriously looking into trying to attract them here too.

Wow, great shots. I have been trying to get a pic of one that hangs out at the end of my yard but have had no luck at all.

  16. Other than the three flashes, what is your lens choice and aperture?

Awesome shots - they make tries I've made look childish.

    Hi Steve,

Get that sucker addicted to some juice so he will hang out more then your 300 f4 should be perfect along with a couple flashes set to manual and 1/32 output.
