I was in a hurry and wanted to enter my car - all hands full. What did I realized then? There was something moving in the hedge only 2 feet away.

In German it is called "Hufeisen-Azurlibelle" - in Latin "Coenagrion puella". It's about 1 1/2" long.

Could only use my 24-70.
