Hot chocolate and a warm blanket

It's absolutely amazing that I didn't spill the hot chocolate on the blanket, which is exactly what my wife is going to say in admonishing tones when she sees the photo.

Setup
The tabletop is transparent glass and the darkest areas are a black floor well below. A medium continuous-light lamp above the scene lit the hot chocolate and the marshmallows. A small one also above the scene lit the blanket. Another small one at the level of the tabletop and in front of the scene a little to the left of the mug added light to the side of the mug. 25 focus-bracketed shots at Nikon step size 3 were stacked in Helicon Focus at its default settings. That rendered the upper area of the scene too much in focus to my liking, so I used the Miniature Effect tool in Nik Collection's Perspective Efex to blur the top of the scene in a gradient.

This thread title conjured in my mind a people-oriented image with someone curled up in a blanket in front of a cozy fire with warm cocoa. I think that would make a great picture, but this one is great too.

Thanks, Walter!

I've got similar images in mind on my to-do list but it's still too hot to get under the heavy blankets and to wear the heavy clothes.
