How many Nikon DSLR models have there been?

    I noticed this while downloading the D3 2.0 firmware from their site.


    Twenty one.....not counting the Kodak DSC200 monstrosity.

    How many can you name without scrolling down.

    Bonus question.....anybody owned all of them?:biggrin:

    Well I have only owned six of those, or more like five since I have two D70, that an a Coolpix 990...Now to get that D700

    I never knew about the E2 and E3 SLR's. That whole ROS system was a very interesting approach - but looking at those bodies one can understand why we're dealing with crop factors these days!

    And the idea of having a DSLR without an LCD - amazing what we take for granted these days! :smile:

    Knew about some of them

    and realized there were several but owned only the D1H, D1X, D2H, D2X, D300, and D3.

    I vaguelly knew of the E2/E3.
    Still, less than 10 years ago.
