Both are nice images but the first one is my favorite. I guess its the classic composition and perfect BW processing.

I like the second one best, not because of color versus B/W, I just think it's a better picture. Both are nice though.
My vote's for #2. I think you should try a b&w conversion on it.

Spoilt for choice
For me both are beautiful in their own way - I like them very much.
If pushed - number 2 because of the pose and colour - but hard to call.
Both great shots of a lovely girl.
Excellent work on this entire series and these are no exceptions. What a legacy these will make later in her life.
We all see your daughter grow up day by day. I like the shots again nice work again.
