As I said in my other thread, I'm still very new to sports photography. With that said, I'm looking for some constructive criticism here. I used a 1.7 TCEII on a 70-200mm, and I'm still trying to get the hang of it. As you can see some of the images should be sharper.

some nice work. This page has some tips on that combo, to get best sharpness.

I think on #2 & #3 you're a bit early. I'd like to see baserunner closer to the bag, w/ the ball in the frame, telling a story -- is he out? safe? close play? And for that, a shot like #3 is better for that than #2. #4 is more what I'm talking about.

Good start #2.3 and 4 coudl be cropped tighter.

Yeah, I did get some more shots with him closer to the bag, but they didn't seem to turn out as good. Definitely understand what you're saying though.
