HS Night Boys Soccer

Went out last Thursday night to my brothers soccer game. The game started at 7pm so there was only about 20-30 minutes of good light then it got dark and the stadium lights stuck.

Shot these with a D3 and a 400 f2.8 ended up shooting about 1/400, f2.8, ISO 6400. Used imagenomic noiseware for NR. Let me know what you think.

You caught some great action in a very short period of time. The 400 must be a lot of fun to shoot with.

I had a similar experience last Thursday - only we went from harsh low light to no light...

I normally don't shoot from the stands but my parents were there so I went to sit with them when it got dark and took a few while I was sitting up there. I kinda like that angle so i might try it again with better light to see how they come out.
