  1. I shot this Hummer this afternoon. A more colorful Hummer came in too, but I didn't get any good shots. This was shot with the 300 f4 from about 15ft.

  3. Nice capture there Scott, looks like a female black chin with the grayer underparts, im a thinkin. maybe a tad over sharpened as you can see the halos, but none the less beautiful capture, at 15ft, it is an oversized bumblebee :)

    looks good . I had a poor showing of birds this year. Hope to bring them in next year though and looking forward to putting some of your suggestions to practice.
