Been working on a portrait of our about-to-explode hydrangea. Here is a resize of a full image and a resized crop as well. Should print very nicely!

D2X, 60 mm micro, 1/160 at f14. Used a Photoflex Lightdisc to bounce in some sunlight. Some USM applied.

Mmmmmm, I really wish I had hydrandgea planted in our yard...it just never seems to get done...Maybe if Patrick sees these shots he'lll plant them for me. Yours are beautiful!

We grow this one in a large pot. This is our fourth year with it.

Always amazed at how many different colors you can get (varies with soil and fertilizer as I recall). And how much water it needs! ;)
