I.D please..

    :confused: Any bug experts out there know what this is? Sat there for a while so snapped a few shots of it..not very big at all..

    Cheers Jorge..was quite windy so had to take my chances when wind died down a bit..no idea what it is though??..lol

    It looks like a Flower Longhorn Beetle. Do a search on that and look at them, there are several.

    It is BEETLE.:eek::eek: Hopefully it is Strangalia maculata.

    Heaven help me if I am wrong.

    Thats what I thought but have been told its Leptura quadrifasciata, family Cerambycidae

  13. Bob's ID is correct. It is one of our most common longhorns.
    I missed that post because I mainly spend my time right now preparing our new flat for moving in, so I don't have much time for the Cafe or other web-related things.
    In 2 weeks everything will be over and I can dedicate more time again for this community.
