I found this old CRT monitor. Any good?

    It is a View Sonic Professional Series model P95f. I think it might be pretty good as beside the normal RGB connection it also has component inputs.

  4. This was a top of the line monitor 4-5 years ago. I sold mine last year for $10. Noone wants to use CRTs anymore.

    I have always read that CRTs are still the benchmark for accurate color, and as cheap as they can be had why not? The only thing I have to give up is the real estate on my desk. I am using a laptop LCD and I figured I would be better off using the CRT? I ended up picking up a ViewSonic G71f+. It is from their Grapic Series.

    Michael, do you have any informaton on this monitor? I think it is a lesser model but the size is more managable.
