Hi everyone... I am new here, so please have patience!

The green "i" LED on my Z5 stays "on" and I cannot access the photofiles. To turn it off, I have to take the battery out and it resets the system...

It keeps on for a very long time, then, eventually it turns off.

What am I doing wrong?

Am I using too large a card (256Gb)?

Just for information. The problem was solved by reformatting the SD card...

What caused the situation in the first place? No more room on the memory card until you formatted it? Something else?
No idea. The card is huge (256Gb), and it was pretty empty (it was nearly new - just a couple of images). Reformatting helped! Hope it does not recur with a partially full card!
