I really shouldn't be eating this!!

  1. well, hind sight is always 20-20!!

    NIKON D200    ---    400mm    f/4.0    1/500s    ISO 100

    This was taken at 7:36 PM last night, then, at 8:07 PM all hell broke loose!!!

  4. Thanks bud.. This series was shot from about 55 feet, and some heavy cropping... but this one was taken from around 14 feet.

    NIKON D200    ---    300mm    f/5.6    1/125s    ISO 125

    I had to back up the 200-400, and I sure was lucky I am not using a prime!

    Great images! I read where KF's regurgitate pellets like an owl does but this green thingie must have been big time bitter! What a capture!

    I am laughing so hard right now. A little revenge for us poor souls who spend so many hours trying to get a decent shot of the devil bird. HA! Great shots. Love them.

    If that was a variety of mantis shrimp, I'd gag it up too! They eat rock, and fish, and anything else...

    Note to Self: Do not eat those little greenish bug things while in Ontario, only eat the yellow bugs.

  18. Ray great burst of 9 photos and captures. Don't you love it when things work out like this. I looked at it in the slide show mode and it came in great and easy viewing.
