ID This Bird?

This was the only feathered creature that I could this morning other than seagulls. I can't find my damned bird ID book...is this a mocking bird?

Definitely a Mockingbird. I have one of these taking up residence in my back yard so I have the opportunity to photograph him often. They are pretty territorial and will attempt to scare the other more timid birds away. Thanks for sharing this image.
