Imbedding into your Signature

How can I imbed my smugmug page into my signature? I tried doing a copy/paste, but you still can't click on it. Can anyone tell me what I'm doing wrong please?

Hi Frank. I tried to just type it in as you suggested, but it's still not doinf anything when I try to click on it. Is there another way?
