My wife had an interesting observation about these graves. In my mind, I always see them as lost lives, lost souls, lost in the loneliness of 9000 ft, wind swept sage desert. She commented that every day, someone says the names engraved in the stone, someone wonders about their lives. It's an interesting divergence in vision. I hadn't thought about it from that perspective, but she's exactly right.:smile:
