"In My Language"

  1. I thought I'd link this video here.
I'm not sure how many are interested in some insight into, not only how people with Autism communicate, but an overall insight on communication.

This sums up a lot of how I think towards my son who has autism, and how I often think (and wonder) about society as a whole when it comes to perception/interpretation of those with Autism (and people considered "different"-wow, what a range!-in general).

Please, if you watch it, watch it all the way through. It's NOT just some girl "humming/singing" and making noises.

    Thanks.

  2. That was incredibly eye opening. Thanks for posting that.

  3. like I said on Chaz... awesome video. I loved working the autistic kids so much when I was working at the barn. They were my favorite of all of the kids there and just a pleasure to get to know. Thanks so much Becca.
