In the market for a new bag

not to sound like a broken record, i have outgrown my current compuday back pack and would like some suggestion on a upgrade for this bag. current equipment is as follows


D90
nikon 35mm f/1.8
nikon 50mm f/1.8
tokina 11-16 f/2.8
tamron 18-270 vc 3.5 - 6.3
sigma 150-500 os f/5-6.3
nikon sb-600
nikon sb700
cokin p filter system

possible additions

sigma 150 f/2.8 macro
tamron 28-75 f/2.8 or nikon 24-120 f/4
70-200 f/2.8 of some kind


any ideas guys ?

Well, I'm not a guy, but...

Are you looking for a bag to store all that gear in or do you plan to carry it all with you? I have a Crumpler 7MDH that I like for storing my gear. But, for me, it is too heavy to carry around. If you want to carry all that stuff, you will probably want a back pack. I have been very impressed with the Think Tank backpacks. I'd look at one of the bigger Streetwalker bags.

a Think Tank retrospective 30 would hold all that gear.

you might want to consider using a couple of stubby holders for the smaller primes.
