Hello,

I thought you might like to see a few images from the new S5. I like the camera very much so far.

Yep. I am trying to figure out what I am doing wrong. Anyone have any ideas? The images are on PBase.

Yes they are JPEGs but I have done a little PS to add a little creativity.

I do not have a Fuji RAW converter yet.

Keep posting. These look great. Been giving it serious consideration since I dropped my 20D on it's head and was told it was non repairable.

Thanks for the comments. I really like the S5. It is very different than my Nikon. It is much slower and the menus are little less intuitive. But I seem to have better luck getting it right IN the camera as opposed to doing so much in PS. I am also enjoying a high hit rate in terms of focus.

I am only shooting in JPEG so far as I do not yet have a RAW converter for the S5.

Regards,
Al

Everything I've read about this camera so far indicates that it will be a dream come true for Wedding and still life photographers. These photos sure do prove it.

Beautiful images. I really like the colors.

I used to live in Belgium during the mid to late '90s. Beautiful country and warm and frinedly people. My family has fantastic memories.

Francis-

Those zoo images are really remarkable, nice job! I especially like the ones of the water dripping off of the bear. On sort of a side note, what is your impression of your Tokina 100mm so far?

PAReams,

Thank you for the compliment
First of all, I'm not a macro-specialist  here are some pictures I took with the Tokina 100 f/2.8 and the Fuji S5 Pro.
