This is one of the inner courtyards of my favourite NYC museum, The Cloisters...a medieval art museum overlooking The Hudson River.

The museum is a converted monastery that was brought over from Europe and reconstructed.

This place is truly an oasis in the hustle and bustle of NYC.

I highly recommend a visit if you're ever in NYC.

You captured the feeling well. My wife and I spent a day there a few years ago and enjoyed it very much. The Unicorn Tapestry in a wonder.

Thank you! It was not nearly as pronounced in the colour shot so this worked out well.

This was a day with some harsh light.
