p.s. this is the only place I have ever seen these big waders (GBH do it here also) get into moving water up to their necks sometimes. They are impressive swimmers, who knew.
They sit in the trees waiting for shad to come thru the dam stunned and they ponce on them.

Randy - The exposure in both shots is about as perfect as you can get it. Your subject really cooperated in the second shot with its pose! Well done.

thanks Dan, but AF on the D7100 and the buffer made it a crap body for wildlife, IQ is amazing. The 7200 was better but AF was still not great
