Invasion of red X

    Just a short observation you may have noticed too. Lately (couple of days) a lot of pbase pictures show a red x. Strangely this seems to be more common (or even exclusive?) to those pictures that are shown with the ending /original.jpg.

    Right-clicking and "show picture" may help in some cases, but usually doesn't help me. Often I have to reload the page and then it mostly works.

    Have you had similar observations? And if so, I wonder if there's a cure for it (avoiding the /original.jpg ending or so)?

    Suggestions and help most appreciated.
  2. The only cure I can think of Heiko is to just list the url and then click on that to go directly to the pbase site of the picture to view it.

    Thanks Paul, much appreciated. I like the simplicity of pbase and the fact it's free of advertising. I hate having ads on pages next to my pictures. Hope pbase gets this fixed soon.
