IR with D70

    It's fun to shoot IR with D70, and in fact, I purchased another body just to have the pleasure of ripping out the AA/Anti-IR filter pack inside. This converts the humble D70 into a very capable infrared recording device. While it doesn't reach the elevated IR sensitivity of my likewise modified D1, you can enjoy quality IR imaging under a wide range of light conditions, and freehand work is easy.

    The image below is entitled "Inorganic", I wonder why.

  2. Well for sure this is an abstract as I don't have a clue what it is.

    Interplay between forms and shapes, one of which obviously of inorganic origin. Not an abstract image in my book :)
