If it isn't the trolls from Canon, it's just plain hostility and rudeness.
So nice to be among friends here.

You are so right Rich. After 10,000+ posts (I have no life) I can barely stand it over there anymore. It is such a pleasure to participate on a site where everybody gets along and egos don't clash.Rich Gibson said:If it isn't the trolls from Canon, it's just plain hostility and rudeness.

What you find here is politeness. Over there there are too many people who believe "honesty" is an excuse for bad behivior...say anything you want bescause you're bing "honest."HarryB said:You are so right Rich. I realize some of the remarks here about posted images may be a bit too "nice" but why be obnoxious? When one cares about another's feelings it isn't difficult at all to stop a bit and phrase something in a way which won't put someone on the defensive.
Maybe you should extend an invite to him. Save him from the madness?
Instead over there too often it becomes a case of testosterone poisoning. No one wants to yield an inch for fear of being seen as "losing." Lee Stanstead took some grief over shooting paintings in a library. (Take a look, they're incredible!) One particular gent follows all his posts and takes them apart feigning politeness.
Ah well, it was alousy day at work, nice to come to the cafe and relax a while.
