I just finished a post on my blog http://portraitsbylinda.wordpress.com/

and my husband kindly came back to me and said:

    "nocks and cronies
a cronie is slang for a bad guy, like a henchman. you mean "nooks and crannies"."
  2. There are some CROOKS and cronies in a few houses, too, I'm sure. haha.

    Too cute. :)

Good thing your husband noticed the mistake Linda.

You get some pretty strange errors when Microsoft Word's autocorrect function goes erratic and starts changing slight spelling mistakes without you realising, I once had a mispelling of unconfident turn into incontitent. Luckily I spotted it before the paper was done.
  4. Are you sure you weren't writing about us--you Cafe Cronies?????:biggrin:

    lol... I hope not!

Yes, well, I don't use Microsoft but our browser also likes to spell check for me but I didn't get any good ones for that phrase!
Well, if you are incontinent, I would feel a bit unconfident. lol

haha...yeah, it may very well have been a Freudian slip!

I could see some cranky cooks around here...lol
