That's right. Keep fine-tuning your skills and your style, deciding along the way what gear fits it best, keep saving up and selling some of your older glass, and eventually you can reach a similar destination. Let's keep remembering, though: in the end it's about getting the shot, and our equipment should be enablers to achieve that goal.

Nice collection, and you're 100% about the fact that equipment should enable and not get in the way!

Very true! I think in all honesty I would be perfectly happy if I only had the big three, 14-24, 24-70, and 70-200. I find myself to be much less of a prime shooter than I thought, or maybe I just haven't come across very many situations where I'd rather pull out an 85 rather than the 70-200 at 85.
