Thanks for posting. These are not just candids, you do have an incipient photo essay here, primarily in the shots of the folks with nets. Among those I like the shots of the two guys more (the ones with the guy in red don't tell me much of a story, and he looks totally different than the other guys and shot series). I would render the shots in Black and White, and put them together in a photo essay.

Thanks for the comments. I feel changing photos into black and white images are a matter of mood. I just happen to like the deep colors and the theme of people fishing and enjoying to local waters of NYC. :wink:
what are candids?
Candids are pictures of people who are unaware that they are being photographed.
