Jefferson Island Home (my first official hdr attempt)

Discussion in 'Landscapes, Architecture, and Cityscapes' started by kevin pyle, Aug 7, 2008.

  1. Okay, officially first time dabbling with HDR in photoshop, I shot the home using bracketing 1 stop over and 1 under, the used HDR feature, with the finale with viveza. Thanks for viewing.

    worth the effort, no doubt

  3. Good job... not over done! What a gorgeous place.

  4. Very nice. Tough light and good work!

  5. Beautiful!

I was there about 14-15 years ago. The harsh light of summer at mid-day didn't give me any slides I was happy with. Looks like you had similar conditions but with a beautiful result. I'd not thought about HDR as a tool for dealing with that lighting, but I clearly just learned something. Thanks!
