Nice pictures, can't wait to get it.
wait to you compare its images to the 70-200's, ummm, lets say you will be surprised at 90mm which is the better optical imager
I love my T90....
The Tammy 90 is an amazing glass. It is a real value priced gem. Tack sharp and creamy bokeh because the way its aperture is made. You will be very pleased. Here are some examples.
Nice Macro with good DOF if you can get the light:
Overall a nice glass:
Congrats! Now You Have Me Thinking About This Lens!
Adorama has used ones in great condition for $250. That's where I ordered mine at.
Brand new after a mail in rebate of $90 its $350
Don't think. Just act! :biggrin::tongue:
 You will love it
it's a freaky lens ...best in breed for bokeh
I'm looking at a Nikon Normal Macro 55mm f/2.8 Micro Nikkor AIS Manual Focus Lens used. It's just under $200. I'd like a macro lens, just not sure if this is what I want. I want to be able to do those gorgeous flower shots and maybe insects (not sure on that one). My friend and I are going to be getting a booth at some of our holiday fairs, so I have to start taking more of the kind of photographs that make people go "OOooooo" and buy them
Is that auto or manual focus?
u can use a lot of different lenses to get that "OOooooooo" factor...;-)
85 1.4 @1.4
sig 30 1.4 @1.4
some of my faves have come from the 50 1.4
I just ordered the 50mm 1.8. I also have a set of close up thingees...just never got around to playing with them. Maybe it's time
ur the 1.4 Freak
I believe its auto.
Even at f/8 the tamron 90 has a nice bokeh
