Great series Mike. The shot through the backstop is rapidly becoming a classic around here. It is a great way to capture the pitcher in full stride.

Hey Mike,

Outstanding work as usual. I just love the way that the metal from the fence blends in with the image. I think it completely adds to the image and even in some cases blends out the distracting background. Nice bit of shooting. That last one is dead on.

Considering the harsh lighting, these photographs came out surprisingly well.

Great Mike. The last one pops right out of the screen. I wish I could do this well in bright light. You handle it like a pro.

thanks all for the kind words I was really pleased with the last image and got a good sequence of the hit and the run I am hoping the parents will want to purchase some

Even as a beginner to all this, I can see there is no crit to offer! As a parent, I would buy multiple copies of these to share with relatives...the last one especially! So please, I ask you to never shoot in So California as I would have to get a 2nd on the house to buy all the pictures you took!!!
BTW, congrats on your SS membership!
