Two more images from last Saturday's shoot. Both shot with my trusty 50mm 1.8. Comments welcome.

Fred,

The first one is stunning. I could stare at that one for a while...

actually, I think I will

Second one is good but I much prefer the first. Is there some CA on the outline of the dress there?

Thanks so much for sharing!

Thanks Samer. Yea i usually get some CA under these type of conditions with the 50mm.

Love the first image Fred.......... as natural as natural can be.

Thanks Graeme. She wore very little makeup for the shoot - it's all Kasia's natural beauty

Very nice, and a Kasia is a beautiful name as well.
Thanks - I agree, it is a very pretty name.

I like the subtle attitude in the first shot. I don't like her hands being cut off in the second.

Hands communicate, and in a composition like this a big part of the story is missing along with the hands.

Outstanding technicals and PP.
Thanks Woody. The way the bench interrupts the flow of her arms? Now that you say that, it does bother me. Actually, I also shot her hands from the side.......doh!! :frown:

#2 is great. It captures her personality and warmth.
Thanks, I really appreciated the kind words.

Love the first shot Fred. Beautiful!

I do agree with Woody about the hands in the second shot. The skin tone also looks odd to me in this one for some reason.
