Kensington's birrrrrds o prey

    That's quite a variety you have Paul. A little fill would have worked wonders for the hawk if you had your flash with you. Not bad considering the conditions. Beats the heck out of anything I have seen lately.

  4. thanks - that falcon thingy I happened across in the woods (not where I would expected to find one) so I was unprepared for it - he was about 10-15 feet away from me in a low tree branch - I shot what I could before he swooped away and started harassing a squirrel.

    The sandhills - they have little to no fear of people - they wander right past you (those were taken at about 10 feet away)
