    I climbed a hill just before sunset for the first one to get the golden hour light.

    Great shots, Mike. The 1st was definitely worth the effort of your climb - great 'texture' to it. I noticed the wind powered turbines in your 2nd shot, I don't think they were around in 96 when we visited the area. Are there many of those? Hopefully, you made it to the Alhambra, AND have some photos to share...

    Thanks kgilby, the wind turbines you can see are part of a large wind farm hidden behind the mountain here.
    As for the Alhambra Palace, I did indeed visit it and my pics are in the Wanderlust section here

    A couple of shots taken from the top battlements of the Alhambra Palace in Grenada.


    There was snow on the peaks of the Sierra Nevada in the distance, despite the 35C temperatures in Grenada.
