Despite it being the end of April, a storm system moved through Tucson last week that was basically our last winter storm. We even had snow on the top of the Catalinas. I happened to have taken the day off so I shot out to Saguaro National Park (East), hoping to catch a dramatic sunset. It wasn't quite as dramatic as I had hoped, but it still had some oomph to it.

It was actually pretty darn chilly and windy as all get out by the time I took that last shot.

Thanks,

Very interesting set. My favs are #2 and #5.

Thanks for the comment. The light was changing fast and almost all of these are panos so it was a lot of shooting. All of it with a relatively long lens which wasn't helped by the wind. Even with the tripod, at 200mm the wind was causing a lot of shake and I had to up the ISO higher than you'd think for shooting directly into the sun.
