Late hatching plovers

    2 little baby piping plovers taken early in the morning. Other youngsters were several weeks old when these were born

    The minimum focusing distance is 18 feet with the 800 lens. Sometimes they get closer than that - when a baby is curious it will walk towards me.

  12. Great problem to have. Congrats on the success with the babies, as l've said, we had a tough season in my area 'cause of the heavy rains.
