Laura with a stick

Discussion in 'People' started by Czechman01, Jul 3, 2007.

  1. As you already know from Stuart's post, the Café's own Laura Johnston came by the studio last Saturday to humor Stu and I, and our chaotic approach to studio photography...

Stuart wanted product shots, I didn't know what I wanted but I saw a dead branch on a tree and thought - why not?

I love this woman... She's got everything a photographer dreams of - looks, complexion, moves, attitude, facial expressions......... You can do ANYTHING with her from Fashion, to Goth, to Art... such a beautiful soul she is and it just pours from her like honey from the comb.

Another with my D100-IR and Nikon 18-200VR

I love this shot and the incredible PP work. I find it amazing that we can do a tandem shoot and come up with such radically different final product!

This is also a great example of Laura's range and her ability to switch gears as quickly and easily as throwing a light switch.

Also, you have summed up my exact feelings about Laura most eloquently.

I can just see her blushing now!

Love your title by the way!
  3. Holy Cow, Woody!!!

Love everything about it. Will you adopt me? Seriously, will you?
  16. Wow. It appears to me as if the Laura and her stick are stepping out of a sketched background.

This is awesome work, model, make up, photography, creativity, pp work, lighting everything!
